  I never get them to answer the phone. In the office they say that it is "broken" and that takes months (it is not credible). They waste a lot of time by having to go in person and stand in line just to see if a package has arrived, and may have responded by phone. And especially in times of PANDEMIC, it is more prudent to avoid unnecessary travel.

  Never! Never! But they never answer the phone! I always have to come from Cahuita just to ask a simple question. And not to mention its terrible "tracking system"! Nothing ever works out the way it should.

  They should provide a more efficient service in terms of package delivery time. Also, that the person in charge of reception is more concerned with answering phone calls.
