::Very dissatisfied with the service of the Jicaral branch, terrible service, the phone is never answered, a situation that happened to me: a package arrived on Thursday, August 27 and it is today Tuesday, September 1 and they have not come to leave me anything, so I personally go to the branch and it turns out that they cannot deliver it to me, because the postman left the locker locked and they could not deliver the package, for God's sake, inconceivable, so the one who was there told me that as soon as the postman arrived they were going to deliver priority to my package, that was before 9 am and it is almost 12 noon and I am still waiting, they better put a lock on it or find more efficient people.
