  The rustic, basic amenities appealed to us as we enjoy eco-friendly stays. However...hot water was only available in the outside shower, but they had recently used chemicals to kill a beehive in that bathroom. They hadn’t even cleaned the bathroom after trying to treat it. There were animal droppings and dirt everywhere. The chemical smell was throughout the house and was so bad it affected our breathing after being there only 5 minutes. We asked for our money back once the owner explained what the smell was so we could find somewhere else for the weekend that wouldn’t make us sick. She refused to give back more than 50% as we were "choosing" to cancel. I wouldn't recommend this place to other travelers.

  Nicely located, the owners are friendly, speak only limited English. Birds in front of the balcony are not very shy. Could be better signposted. Overall, peaceful, we liked it.

  The cabins are very well equipped but I feel that the deal could have been better
