  For exercise and being in good shape, physical and mental health, all kinds of weights and machines plus the instructor with a guide to maintain a balance while reaching your level. Nice and cheerful place with good capacity. Careful and professional attention, there is no parking but it is easy and inexpensive, there are also group work and experience is shared.
