  This service center, Cancer has closed more than 5 months ago, Panasonic does not have any authorized for sale of spare parts or repair, the only thing left is the factory in Bethlehem that does not sell spare parts, only distribution of new products which I do not recommend buying since the Panasonic brand was orphaned in Costa Rica
