::What a wonderful finca and coffee shop. We were given a tour by the owner Paulo. Edward joined us as well. They explained the challenges and rewards of being certified organic. We walked among the coffee bushes, banana trees and a variety of taller trees, each providing much needed shade for the coffee bushes. The tour was well worth the $20.00 USD fee. We got to sample the wares at the end of the tour, in addition to being given a coffee sample bag each, for home. An unexpected bonus was being introduced to a fruit I was unfamiliar with; the Guanábana. Fantastic with the texture of mango and the sweetness of pineapple. In case I didn't mention it, the coffee was fantastic! So smooth and rich, with no hint of acidity. We will be bringing some home to Canada. Thank you Paulo and Edward.
