  Like all the services provided by the National Bank of Costa Rica this is another example of poor treatment and poor service offered to their customers, the worst of all, is a staff and group of employees who have no professionalism to attend People almost have to be begged to do their job and once they do, the results are the same as their bad attitude is to say a mess.
