  Being forced to carry out a procedure in person due to the fact that the online platform is mediocre and has not evolved, is an inconvenience that should not exist. The service is slow and unfriendly, the operation dated, and the facilities look run down. A customer's experience with a state bank should be equal to or better than the experience with a private bank.

  Very slow and waiting too long to be attended, however it maintains good hygiene and is ventilated

  It is completely inefficient ... Queuing outside the agency .. And the other offices closed .. Why have an office in Plaza Santa Rosa if it is closed ...

  The epitome of mediocrity and incompetence, rating 0 (zero) and I am being generous, I have gone several times to withdraw a card, in all I have waited more than 2 hours and I had to give up waiting to be able to go to work, never any bank has treated with such indifference the time of one, it does not surprise me what the "cementazo" with so much administrative lack is the worst bank of which I have been a client. If Google allowed to upload a review with 0 stars, that would be the BCR.

  Always helpful, but the wait can be tiring.
