::They charge in dollars but don't let you pay in dollars. They have to buy the dollar with a horrible exchange rate for you to pay what ever fee or bill it may be. I do not recommend this bank. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I will never do business with them again. I will stick with BAC or BN.
