  As usual at lunch time there is only one or none people working, we've been waiting for 1.5 hours with only 8 people at the bank and still no hopes to be attended. If you come to platform be sure you have at least 2 hours to spare, and there is no difference between this or any other state banks in Costa Rica

  The worst service there is, 4 boxes available but only one person attending, any day at any time. Average attention per person of 20 min
