::Very helpful to tourists / non-spanish speakers. My husband learned no Spanish before going on our honeymoon to Cabuya/Cabano area. He didn't even realize the ATM's had an English option... but he was able to go into the bank and get service/help from a teller. (Later on I went through the same process but was able to make it thru on my Spanish I had learnt). Very easy for tourists of any Spanish level but they also speak English. ** Don't wear hats or big bags into the bank- you will be greeted by security with guns- don't be alarmed, it's normal I guess.
