  MoneyGram service at this branch: MoneyGram's service at this bank for money receipts is unclear. I sent money from the United States to my mother in Costa Rica and she was denied the money on 2 occasions. The first they told him that the problem was NOT the bank but MoneyGram that did not allow them to give all the money, I called MoneyGram and they told me that it was not correct and that the bank could call them to make the disbursement. My mother went back to the bank for the second time and told them what MoneyGram told me and at that time the head of the bank was the one who came out to say that IF it is the bank that does not authorize that amount of money and that they are not going to do it the disbursement. They should be clearer from the beginning and also indicate somewhere the maximum amount allowed. Terrible service.
