  The page says that they attend from 8:30 a.m., but it does not specify that it is for care of the elderly, it should be indicated since they arrive early to be able to make several transactions and although this way I must wait until 9 for they attend me , it is illogical if the place is empty.

  DO NOT USE BAC Locate us. The service promises you "avoid lines" because you're paragraph an appointment in advance. I separate appointment at 1pm (between 1 to 2), and arrived at 12:00. They are 2:43 pm and have not heeded me. For that grace, better eliminate the farce of BAC Locate us and that everyone gets in line, after all in a row I think they would have treated me faster.

  Worst bank, they offer certain benefits for clients, and in the end they make entanglements that in the end one is the one who ends up injured by paying more.

  Once again after many bad experiences I again have to endure the inefficiency of this entity. I showed up at the branch for online access, and 30 minutes ago the service agent left the place, assuring that it would only be a brief moment to bring the information and I am still waiting with no hope for him to return. From my first experiences, I cut off all relations with them and now, for reasons beyond my control, I am unhappy to deal with their terrible service again. I recommend anyone who reads this to avoid relations with this bank by all means.
