::Thi bank is poorly managed. Recentlyon Saturday March 30th I had do go tonthe bank. I got in line which is UA but ended up in the line for much longer than an hou. First out of the bank windows only two had employees working. Keep in mind that the bank hours that day are 1-6 so a total of 5 hours. While I was in line the line stopped moving because 1 of the two employees ok a break. A 30 minute break while 13 customers aoutside in 83 degree heat. To me the bank owes it to their customers. Be all windows open so that their CUSTOMERS can be processed in a timely manner. It really appears that they don’t care. And trust me when I say, once they see this review is in English they will just ignore it.
