  I loved the place. I liked the bed it was really big. I felt secure, there is a guard, there are always people from the hotel in the reception at any time. My boyfriend hit his head and they gave us ice, and when it was cold, they gave us extra blankets. The point is I felt comfortable to ask whatever we needed and the they were really nice. The place was really clean and I loved the shower, strong stream and hot water are always available.

  This place was clean and freindly. They had everything ready for us when we walked in the door.... The resturant staff is freindly and attentive also.

  Awesome. I travel quite a lot and it's a great pleasure to find a hotel with friendly staff, clean, well-designed rooms, and a good restaurant/bar. The desk staff speak excellent English. The restaurant prices are reasonable. Everything was spotlessly clean.

  Nice place, best location, helpful and courteous staff, and a great restaurant. This place will be our home away from home when in San Jose.
