::I would leave 0 stars if it were possible. I have spent quite a lot of money here over the past 5 months while building a house here in Costa Rica. Nearly every time I order stuff there's a problem. And, if they were small problems I could overlook them. Or, if there were good customer service or any attempt to rectify the situation. That's not the case. More than once I've placed a large order for delivery. After days of waiting eventually we call to find out what is going on. One time they lost one of my receipts so their conclusion was that I didn't pay so they weren't going to bring my items (even though the lady remembered my orders). Another time I ordered items and only the delivery driver mentioned that they wouldn't come for the amount of stuff I ordered. This is after I paid of course. A third example... I ordered a large amount of items. On a side note, they keep the receipt until all items that been received by the customer. I waited over a week for delivery. When the truck came only some of my items arrived with the truck. Most of the blocks arrived. Some of the wood arrived and some had to be sent back because it wasn't what I ordered. Again. The rebar? Completely missing. The reason why? It wasn't even on my receipt because the guy at the store never added it to my order! But... of course I had no way of knowing that because they had my receipt all along. I had to make a special trip to sort this out. I thought it was sorted out. 4 days later I'm still waiting for my delivery. We called and were told they AREN'T BRINGING MY ITEMS. They don't want to come with so few items. It's nearly $200 worth of stuff. They never made any effort to tell me they weren't coming. They never made any effort to rectify my botched order. In summary... they messed up my order. Only brought part of it. Then decided they weren't going to bring the rest. And, best of all? They weren't going to tell me. I don't know how they're still in business but I would highly discourage anyone from doing business here. Colono is cheaper and MUCH more professional. They do same day deliveries and there's no hassle. Save yourself the trouble.
