  Very nice location, and super relaxing. Good food but my one issue the food items are VERY hit or miss. Best chicken breast; My girlfriend ordered fish, it was terrible/ no seasoning at all. I asked the chef to replace unfortunately denied, making me place a brand new order. Not to mention we had tipped an extraordinarily larger amount than the cost of the meal Love the place otherwise

  It's a beautiful hotel with tropical vibe every step of the way. They have running track nature, equipment, sauna, pool, and above all, hot springs. It was quite fulfilling; relaxing. It is great for couple and families. It's good stress reliever for hardworking people and for families to reconnect. The only negative experience I had was with customer service and with the personal hot springs that came with the room. I've found large hair balls and multiple dead insects in the tub, it appears that they forgot to clean it. I didn't upload the picture to avoid bad reputation to the hotel. I've called customer service to request a cleaning and it appears the person was upset with me because I've called to request a clean. Overall Its no big deal, but it is the first hotel that's have complained of my complaint. Ive also felt customer service wasn't at it's highest in several occasions. Still though, it's an opportunity for positive growth and improvement. Therefore I do suggest the hotel and I hope it will not be the same for you. Please enjoy your stay!

  The staff is excellent, they met every request gracefully. The hot springs were amazing! And each section was a different temperature of heat which was nice. The beds were a bit rough but the rooms were clean. I didn't like that you can't shower after another person because the shower wont be hot, but it wasn't the end of the world. I would definitely stay again!

  Beautiful hotel... So relaxing. Complimentary breakfast was amazing every day and the staff were phenomenal. Gorgeous volcano views on clear days and very close to all activities! Hot springs were great after a long day and so much wildlife to watch! You really don't have to leave unless you want to!

  beautiful property. Springs are open 22 out of 24 hrs. Good security. They went out of their way for my birthday and had breakfast delivered to my room and the housekeeping catered to us when requested room be prepped with flowers/wine. It was an awesome experience. I would def return.
