  I just retired after finishing grueling schedule at a data center. My wife and I wanted mainly peace and quiet and a little soak in the local country side. Judy was not just accommodating - she was wonderful! The heat was not short of oppressive for the first (of 2+) weeks, so adventuring was limited, but the AC and the pool right outside our door provided rescue and relaxation for reading and chilling - both mental and physical - and Judy accommodated our diet for wonderful breakfasts and dinners. Several times, when Judy had to be away, we ate at other local places. I have to say, the other prices were higher for a lot lower quality food (Judy uses only top quality ingredients, and it shows!) Looking for a "Host with the most"? Stay with Judy! Yo can go from "peace and quiet" to "full tilt adventure" using Judy as a resource for local guides and adventures - you won't be sorry!

  It was nice. HOWEVER... please take anything you don't want to come up missing with you. We had a couple things come up missing but couldn't prove who it was. And the A/C would be turned off in our room after coming back from our excursions. Apple charger came up missing and a brand new 300 dollar pair of Oakley sunglasses that was an anniversary gift.

  Great food and a great place to stay. Judy is always so helpful! Try the USDA prime rib or Angus burger. Can't get need like that in costa Rica!

  Amazing food, privacy, and amazing accommodations. The owners are great and very helpful. I would definitely recommend it for a couples getaway. Walking along the beach to Montezuma is a fun full day adventure from here, no car needed. I hope it is around forever!
