  I pay for the insurance with them for years (3 years to be exact). I've never used it. I had a medical emergency and had to contact them but they don't answer. I wrote to them and they answered me the next day by email, asking me for a time when they could call me, I gave it to them, and they haven't called me ... I called again and they asked me for the phone number to call me back and they didn't returned. I explained to them that it was an emergency, important for my health ... It is Thursday 11.50 pm. Since Monday I try to contact them and nothing. Incompetent ... I do not recommend them.
