  Cheap drinks, good music, 3 levels and plenty of people to party with. Definitely a must if you're looking for LGBT in San Jose.

  Good atmosphere, music is good then okay then great then alriiiight. Drinks are a lil strong which is good I guess. Better for dancing than drinking.

  When I came here in the 80s someone said "oh you can always tell the stability of a country by the number of gay bars it has" La Avispa is doing well and it has lasted a long time.
