  This terminal is horrible! Dirty, uncomfortable and the buses are not the best. The only positive point is that it is very close to everything, in the center of San José and buses leave approximately every 7 minutes.

  Don't use this company! There is a chaos and they cheat you! They forced me to pay the ticket only for asking the driver for the schedule! I went to ask about the Sunday schedule (by the way you can't find it anywhere) and the driver, very rude, treated me like an idiot and charged me the ticket telling me that he "marks the passengers" on boarding. I no longer had the strength to fight him, but I do not recommend using this company. Well, they are very modern: when you get on the bus, it automatically marks you, but putting a poster or a simple sheet of paper with the current schedule is already too much. What a shame!

  The best bus service to Alajuela, very helpful chauffeurs, an extremely quiet, very frequent, resting and very safe tour by the kind of passengers that we board.
