  Very good service. But... was sold a battery bigger than my car needs, and the installed one (and the one i paid for), was even bigger than the one we agreed to install. Service was prompt and efficient.

  I took my 2015 audi there for an oil change and basic service and it was working perfectly. I have never had a single issue with my car before. However, before I drove off the lot I noticed that it was not idling correctly. They were already closing so I returned first thing in the morning. After a bunch of running around (the "mechanic" told me I needed a new battery which I did not) and denials on the part of the mechanic that worked on it, they finally sent me to another mechanic that worked on serious issues. He was an associate of theirs, so he did not throw them under the bus, but he did fix my car. This cost me more money and an entire day and night in San Jose (I live in Guanacaste). I reported this issue each step with the manager and he was nice, but not once took responsibility. I would not trust all of their mechanics, although it seemed like the second one that helped me knew what he was doing. I'm very upset about this and I would otherwise not write a negative review for a company.
