  This is to me, hands down, the best hotel in San Jose. Breakfast is excellent. The best in San Jose as well. Rooms are large, beds are comfy, amenities are plenty and the staff is super helpful even to locals (many times in San Jose, hotel staff in general are more interested in getting these tourist tips rather than helping out local visitants) Glad to say that's not the case here. This is my fourth time here and certainly won't be the last.

  The hotel was really good. The design and decor was really relaxing, the rooms are large and spacious and there is a casino on the ground level which adds to the experience of staying here. If there were one thing that it lacked was that it seemed a bit "out" of the way from anything, although I must admit we didn't stay for too long (2/3 days) so never really explored much more than the grounds of the hotel.

  The grounds were well appointed and beautifully designed. I enjoyed the sustainable efforts, and the green walls were beautiful, and the repurposed tiles brought the history of the site into a amazing revision for the future. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very much enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again. P.S. the restaurant was amazing

  This is a beautiful hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff. Similar to the hotel, the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast buffet appeals to all tastes and preferences. I ordered quite a few things from room service but I wasn’t that impressed. It is not that close to the airport but it is close to a major shopping mall district (walking distance) where you can eat elsewhere.

  Lovely hotel. Very modern. Super friendly staff. The food was amazing by hotel food standards. The gym is available 24/7. There's a shuttle that provides airport drop off and pick up. Be sure to contact the hotel prior to arrival to have this arranged. There is also a shuttle to the nearby Multiplaza mall.
