  The service is very slow 🐌 is completely disappointing. People pay for their insurance 🙄 And for them to take care you. You have to wait for so long.

  They don't answer the calls. I don't understand why they leave a phone number if they aren't going to answer it.

  The attention received by all the medical staff of the San Rafael clinic was excellent. The facilities are in impeccable condition. Dr. Karla Hidalgo demonstrates with attention her great vocation and desire to help her patients applying all their excellent knowledge.
