  The INS building is the home of several services including a branch of the Bank of Costa Rica (BCR). During this time of COVID, they are checking everyone at the door, but they were very respectful and patient. Great security team and a nice building. If course, given the nature of it being a government building, it is not usually subject to the consumeristic scrutiny normally found in online reviews.

  If you have not idea about this, you should consider on learning how this works. They are good in some ways. But they are bad too.
