  This is a historical place tha used to be the Costa Rica International airport.Nowdays is a Museum showing different art exhibitions. You won't regret visiting this place.

  Go with a guide who can give you a full history of the Gold Room. Staff is lazy and made us leave 15 minutes before closing time. Otherwise, the works are fascinating.

  A wonderful slice of Costa Rican history through art! The "Gold Room" is especially wondrous; in its depiction of the important eras of the history of Costa Rica one is treated to a feast for the eyes!

  Some of the museum was closed off. There were a lot of drawings of the national theatre which were interesting but would have liked to have seen a wider range of art. The building itself is very interesting though.
