  The Spa is not a bad thing, the training that is given to the massages should be improved, as they often lack technique and attention to muscle detail. Massage in addition to being relaxing (compared to relaxants) is not just putting oil; the massage takes technique, dedication, care and attention to detail. It has many opportunities for improvement.
