  Tried the Original hamburger combo. While tasty, the meat was overcooked to the point of being dry. The fries were excellent. The service, however, was slow. It took a while to get my food.

  As always they give a great experience and products, the place is nice even that is in the middle of San Jose. Please be aware that this is a food court so do not expect to find a standard restaurant from this chain.

  Great selection of places to eat with a variety of prices. The dining area is clean and there is ample space. Drawbacks include that this food court is on the fourth floor adding a dimension of hassle to get there. There is an elevator for those who need it, but the floors are slippery when wet from people tracking in rain water. Also, we found that the service at Jonny Rocket's was slow and ineffecient creating a drawn out eating experience.
