  Worst hotel ever. Everyone is disrespectful, the electricity is out 50% of the time, food is bad, rooms are dirty and the WIFI is horrible (there is no way you’ll be able to make a Zoom call from here). Look up Pacific Edge Eco Lodge instead. When I went to speak to the manager to cancel (he sits in the first glass room next to the reception, I talked to him around 9:00 AM on 4/24/2021). He said, “well we don’t issue refunds if you don’t like the room just leave.” Also, he said that “I am lying” and he threatened me after I told him to speak respectfully. Never stay here it’s really unsafe.

  The internet it is absolutely horrible, if you working remotely that’s not the place for you. Room service, there is no room service, not even a telephone to call the reception to ask them for something, you have to go to them. Three nights out of seven we did not have electricity at night.

  Not the most luxurious place on eath but, if you want to feel part of the sorroundings. This is the Place, very layback and the Restaurant is a 4 star.

  This place is sooo beautiful. There are birds and butterflies everywhere. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The hotel has two very nice pools, gym equipment out in the open. There is also a restaurant and the food is pretty good. The wifi is not great but we are managing. I recommend it.

  Beautiful place once you get in the hotel, lovely rooms, tropical landscape, an outdoor play for small children and two type of pools. Family friendly and private. Very secure and private parking place. Excellent!
