  Did not like the place. Luckily I only stayed for one night. The restaurant was closed, the desk guy tried to explain it to me but I didn't understand what he was saying. The room is old, not clean and underwhelming. Also, wear headphones or earplugs because I heard all my neighbors conversations as well as a soccer game that had to be played at full volume for some reason. The location is also not great, there's not really much in the way of restaurants. There is a beach close by but there are far better beaches along this coast. I feel bad entering a bad review, the staff was friendly and I think they tried. But in the end this is a place that I would definitely avoid.

  Great little family owned hotel. Nice little pool, private and very clean. All you need for a short beach stay. Restaurant is closed at the moment due to covid, hence, not many visitors.

  This hotel is a wonderful gem. The staff are all extremely friendly. The rooms have exactly what you need and ours was only about 5 steps from the pool (which was always exceptionally clean). They were painting and updating while we stayed so you can see they put effort into maintaining the hotel. The restaurant had great food (the breakfast buffet was small but completely adequate for a breakfast with rice and beans, plantains, a meat option, eggs, toast and fresh fruit available each day). We also had casado plates which were tasty. The beds were comfortable and the whole hotel was clean. The walk to Playa Hermosa beach is super short and there are two restaurants there. It is a wonderful, uncrowded beach. (The first picture is as you are coming down the short street, the hotel is on the right and easily identifiable by the bright yellow paint). We would recommend this place!

  exceptionally friendly, hospitable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made numerous phone calls to help us make our arrangements while we were staying there
