  We had cold showers here... no hot water and at one point no water at all. The staff was freindly but not very attentive.

  We loved it. Nice breakfast, close to Arenal attractions, and Laura at the front desk is amazing. Rooms are what we expected for the price. Great value. Authentic Costa Rican experience.

  We had a very warm welcoming and a fantastic stay at this place. Laura made us feel like home, she is absolutely a perfect host. The place felt like paradise every morning when we woke up to the sight of the Arenal volcano, the chirp of the birds and the beautiful bushes and flowers. The breakfast by the river was amazing. This place is highly recommended.

  Loved everything about this place. The location was great. Staff was absolutely the best! The women at the front was so helpful and I don’t know when she slept. Breakfast was decent. Great start to the day. I loved the area by the pool there was a stream flowing. We could hear monkeys in the morning. Great view of the volcano while enjoying breakfast. Okay the one complaint was the beds. They were so hard. Ask the lady to book a spot a the Baldi hot springs. Great place to go for an evening.

  Secluded hidden jem. You feel like family here. Experience a home away from home at this rustic paradise. Its close to downtown, just ride a bike from here. It has a great view of the volcanoes. The breakfast was included, and the portions are generous.
