  If you are going to the Chirripo, this the place to stay before and after. This is a special place. Family owned, the Elizondo family is there to help you have a fantastic time.

  Nice location. Great view. Rooms are not fancy but have a good swimming pool. Staff was nice during the whole stay.

  This lodge is in a lovely setting. We stayed in a room within the lodge and this review is about our experience. There are cabins here which are also for rent. Safer to rent a cabin because, as others have noted, you can hear everything through the walls and floor. Make sure and check with the property before you book in the lodge, to make sure they are not housing a group on the night of your stay, it can seriously derail your serenity.
