::The was a nice hotel and the staff was very freindly. There was no hot water in the shower or sink, but it was good if you needed to cool off from the outside tempurature, whihc was very humid.

::Heating water using solar is tricky, no hot water the first morning. Staff is very friendly though and the rooms are fine.

::A great place for vacation. Staff are cordial. Very pleasant stay. In a walkable distance to many restaurants. I will book it again, if I return to Monteverde, Costa Rica.

::We stayed at Cipreses on February 22 & 23, 2019. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The hotel has beautifully kept gardens and the walk to the eclectic, hilly town was short. The included, hot breakfast was very good. We would stay at this hotel again.

::It's nice! They try to keep their showers 5 minutes or less. My main concern is the shower didn't get hot. But other than that, the room was clean, and the staff was really friendly. Would recommend!
