  Do not and I repeat do not do your COVID test here they are terrible and you will miss your flight!!!! Will post this everyday until they don’t offer COVID test here anymore!!!

  Great price for same day covid tests. Much cheaper then what is offered in the hotels. Make sure you schedule an appointment prior to coming here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The process was easy and fast. I got my results in less than 5 hours.

  I was in Tamarindo taking surfing lessons with my children when the surfboard smashed into the side of my face. I desperately needed stitches as there was a lot of blood, but I was concerned about having someone stitch up my face being a female who has always tried to look her best. I went to this hospital center and they got me in immediately. I told them my concerns and they got me on the phone with someone who could take me by helicopter to San Jose to see a plastic surgeon. In an extremely short amount of time, they had the dr in San Jose ready and a helicopter. Ultimately I decided not to do that as there wasn’t enough room for my three children and myself and I couldn’t leave any behind even though they are teenagers and it would be a short time. We also discussed a charter flight but it would take a longer. We decided sewing it up sooner than later was the best possible thing to do. I begged Dr. Carlos Rosalinz (totally messing up his name as they just said it a couple times while I was still in a little shock, but a young very kind male doctor) to do the best job he could do. He said he absolutely would. He took his time and went slowly and I was very happy with the end result. He put about 8-10 stitches in from my eye down the side of my cheek. I am back in America today and I went to a well know plastic surgeon here in Washington DC and he took the stitches out. He stated that whoever did this work did a great job and he didn’t think there would be any lasting scar. I can’t say enough about this office and the doctor. They were all very kind and helpful and understood my concerns as I was sitting there bleeding excessively, scared and with my 13 year old daughter. Thank you, thank you! This could have gone very badly and I feel it went the best it possibly could have because of Dr. Carlos Rosalinz (I hope that is close to correct) and his staff. Five stars is not enough!

  The two workers at the front desk clearly have to deal with many travelers at the moment for Covid testing, but they were still patient with us even though we didn't fully complete the registration steps. Instructions are posted outside the door with the WiFi password, don't forget this if you are covid testing! It was an easy process although we did have to wait a bit. We scheduled in advance for 3 people by calling the day before, and it took us about 10 minutes for the 3 of us to finish testing by the time we got to the testing area. Our results came back in 8 hours. I appreciate the hard working staff here!

  Thank you for being reliable! We came here for our COVID test as part of the re-entry requirements for the United States. It was a smooth experience from start to finish. While other places could not accommodate us, this place did have availability within 48 hours of when we walked in to schedule our appointment. Getting the test was quick and painless and we had our results sent to our email within 9 hours from when we took the test. The only hitch is they did not answer the phone so we could schedule the test ahead of time—you really do need to just walk in to make an appointment. Extra bonus, this place is cheaper than most of the other places we looked into. It cost approximately $55 USD for the antigen testing.
