  Good for repairs but terrible customer service. They will try to charge as much as they can (even for parts and repairs you don't need), when you try to complain they pretty much answer "we are the only official representative of Honda brand in Costa Rica" (Honda cars are great, but in Costa Rica it is better to look for other brands).

  I've only visited to get car care products from Mother's brands. Good customer services, but a too slow to dispatch

  Well, they're the only Honda dealer in Costa Rica. Therefore, it must be on their schedules.
