::Positive things: The location, the facilities and the resolution of the procedures of that I have no complaint. For being a residential area there are no bookstores nearby and it is super tedious to go out and look for a photocopy and although the secretary has all the equipment to facilitate it, it seems to be destined to certain procedures. In other words you have to be super-equipped with all the documents that you think you might need and cross your fingers so that nothing is missing. Please know that you can improve, and make these procedures easier for your people who do not all have Ticos guides to help them PS: If someone needs copies the University of La Salle around the corner of the block has a mini photocopier.
