  I’m fortunate to have found a place to get my dental work done where I could not only save a lot but get quality work in an environment that made me feel very comfortable and reassured I had all of my root canal’s removed and replaced with zirconia in one visit. Excellent staff Easy in and out near the airport Then following year, I had another tooth that was dying so it would either need to be removed or root canal, and I booked a last-minute flight to Costa Rica and it was still a whole lot cheaper to go down there and get my work done and come back in 48 hours Great place ! Thank you Dr Fernandez, Dr. Mora,& Dr. Jerry And a big shout out to Diana Masis clinic coordinator ,and Karla Espinoza clinic nurse ...Thank you all !

  A wonderful team of knowledgeable doctors and their stuff. Dr. Fernandez helped me to make a decision about a dental surgery. He provided information and let me think without any pushing. I am thankful that they practice biodentistry following Swiss Biohealth protocol. They helped me to make the trip and dental procedures worry-free. That promoted quick healing and recovery. Diana prepared proper papers for my insurance company. I am so impressed that I am headed back with my husband for another procedure. Thank you.

  Drs. Mora and Fernandez are highly skilled oral surgeons and experts in cosmetic dentistry. I've been utilizing their services for over 10 years. They utilize the latest equipment and techniques in their practice. My porcelain veneers are natural looking and make me want to smile again.   Answer to years of dental distress I just got back from extensive surgery at Dental Cosmetics in Costa Rica. Not only did they remove my titanium implants they also cleaned out materials from previous root canals that had been pushed into the supporting bone close to the sinus cavity. It is hard to believe how good I feel after just a few days. I am left feeling great gratitude towards everybody in the team. I had arrived with much fear and was met with love and compassion from the moment I entered the clinic.

  Oral surgery is never fun but if you have to do it, this would be the place. I came to Costa Rica as part of a group of folks from the US who were having implant surgery - there were several US dentists and their patients, so it was a big crowd. Diana Masis coordinated all of the appointments and transportation, seemingly flawlessly and always with a warm smile and helpful demeanor. She just could not have been nicer. The clinic itself is new and modern. My impression is that they tend to the whole patient - not just the mouth and teeth; I received vitamin IV infusions before, during and after my procedure. I opted for sedation, which was a huge relief for me as the work was extensive. I didn’t get to meet Dr. Fernandez but he did some of my work, alongside the Swiss biodentist who developed these implants and my own dentist from home. I’m so grateful for his expertise and his willingness to allow all of us to come and disrupt his regular practice for a week. Don’t let the word “cosmetic” deter you - Dr. Fernandez is doing some very progressive work with the foremost implant specialist in the world. He is a treasure and Costa Rica is lucky to have him. Everyone at the clinic was lovely and helpful. I highly recommend.
