::I never get them to answer the phone. In the office they say that it is "broken" and that takes months (it is not credible). They waste a lot of time by having to go in person and stand in line just to see if a package has arrived, and may have responded by phone. And especially in times of PANDEMIC, it is more prudent to avoid unnecessary travel.

::Never! Never! But they never answer the phone! I always have to come from Cahuita just to ask a simple question. And not to mention its terrible "tracking system"! Nothing ever works out the way it should.

::They should provide a more efficient service in terms of package delivery time. Also, that the person in charge of reception is more concerned with answering phone calls.
