::The 2 people who are in charge of processing the passports, the gentleman with glasses and the lady who is with him, have the worst customer service in history, since being a government entity it is bureaucratic and adding the terrible customer service that give ... Examples: the appointment was at 10.30am but the guard told us, wait outside because they are late inside, and they transferred us at 11.30am (my wife, my children and I) inside the lady says her appointment is lost because it's too late !!!!! I explain to him and he goes and meets with the guard and after a while they do the paperwork for us, but reluctantly, as if she paid for the passports, wanting to find something wrong in the documents to return us ... The gentleman has a way of saying the things, fatal. They put a supervisor here and these 2 don't last a day.
