::Extremely expensive. Predatory. Do not go here if you really need help and are a foreigner. We were charged almost $500 USD to have a bit of local anesthetic and remove some sea urchin spines. It was not very clean either, and the guy removing the spines did not do a good job in minimizing collateral damage.
