  I used to recommend this site until I was struck by the unfortunate attention of a specific person at their San José location when I arrived to make a change. I have invested in this business, but after this bad service and not receiving any response regarding my complaint about the disastrous experience in Ciclo Herediano, it is better not to make more investments in this place. There is no customer service.

  As always Starbucks is exceptionally good with great service. Great internet and of coirse great coffee. Two floors with good parking out front. As well as a nice outdoor area
