My wife and I had the sea bass in cream sauce and it was delicious. Afterwards, we had a chocolate shake and it was very rich and full of high quality chocolate.

With a fenomenal view and tip top service cabure is a resto that is a must visit when in Monteverde. We ordered the cabure salad, the veggie Curry and the chicken fingers for the toddler. Highly recommend to leave some room for the amazing desserts& chocolates.

A MUST restaurant to eat at when visiting Monteverde! Excellent mole and wonderful hand made chocolates from select cacao nibs. Take the chocolate tour and learn from Bob what makes truly delicious chocolates.

We needed to get away from our hostel kitchen and this was one of the few places in walking distance. Lucky us! We could not have been happier with our meal. We got the chicken mole and the shrimp in coconut curry. Both were amazing, as were the roasted vegetables on the side. Portions were just right (generous) after a long day as was the balcony setting at sunset. And all the staff was very friendly. Would absolutely be going here again if we had more time in Monteverde.

My family and I visited Cabure twice - once for dinner, and then again for the chocolate tour. Dinner was fantastic! Food was great and staff was very friendly. Chocolate tour was an unexpected delight. We learned about the origins of chocolate, how it is made, variations of chocolate, and so much more. Bob was very gracious with his time, and made it an enjoyable experience for the whole family.
