  we enjoined our a three night stay. Erica and David were extra ordinary helpful. We stayed with our two kids 5&4. We enjoyed our balcony. Our cabin was sufficient for us four. We were very satisfied and would come back for anothe week if we could. For those asking luxury, maybe this is not the place. This place is perfect for families and couples who don’t need the frills bc you come to enjoy nature and the most modern of basic living — fan, fridge, balcony, working bathroom, beautiful gardens, beautiful country, and beautiful life! (we had a coffee maker, toaster, fridge, clothes line, fan, cwiling ventilator, screens on windows, and visiting cute puppy 🐶) 🥰

  Small, quaint hostel located right outside the city center of Cahuita. Clean, full kitchen (in the private cabins), and wildlife everywhere around, including frogs, lizards, the occasional baby Boa, and birds. You can hear the howler monkeys from your porch as well. The best part of this hostel however is the manager Enrica, as soon as we arrived, which was about 5 hours later than we expected late at night, she came over within 5 minutes, sat us down, and gave us a map of the surrounding areas and marked out all of the best places to see, eat, explore, where the bank was and the bus terminal, etc. She literally went through everything possible, gave us her WhatsApp information, and urged us to contact at any time for anything at all. This being the first time out of the country for my girlfriend and myself, Enrica made this experience a thousand times more helpful and enjoyable because of her knowledge! I would recommend this hostel to anyone at all that is going to CR, Cahuita and the towns all south of it are a must see, and it only gets more peaceful and picturesque as you go.

  If you're looking for a relaxed and beautiful place in Cahuita, go here. The rooms are spacious with a nice patio area. The couple that works here, Davide and Enrica, are muy buena honda and amongst the friendliest, most hospitable people I've met of my trip; they make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Hostel is in good location, just a few minutes form the black beach, Reggae bar and the center. Highly recommend staying here!

  The sweetest, young Italian family make this a very friendly and relaxed place to spend your time in Costa Rica. The gardens and trees are full of wildlife including toucans, frogs, geckos, and countless birds and butterflies. We loved having a cup of coffee and toast with marmalade while talking with our hosts every morning during our stay. No need to rent a car to visit the nearby town of Cahuita with only a leisurely 5 minute walk down the street. We did not want to leave.
