::The epitome of mediocrity and incompetence, rating 0 (zero) and I am being generous, I have gone several times to withdraw a card, in all I have waited more than 2 hours and I had to give up waiting to be able to go to work, never any bank has treated with such indifference the time of one, it does not surprise me what the "cementazo" with so much administrative lack is the worst bank of which I have been a client. If Google allowed to upload a review with 0 stars, that would be the BCR.
