  Generally the service is very slow, there are 4 on the platform and only 2 or 3 work to attend a lot of people where the procedures sometimes take up to 1 hour, and others walk around the bank, I have never seen work at 4 , and the closed box is in its platform while the attendant does his paperwork, the only ones that move are the guards of the place. They should have boxes like in any bank to expedite deposits or to withdraw money otherwise prepare as 2 hours to be able to withdraw money if you do not have.

  Open on Saturdays. Sometimes it is a bit slow but it is normal. The staff is friendly.
