::Óscar Valverde A Service was dismal, not only when talking to my family member it was very rude but also when I finished the transaction I threw the card to my family member and this was done only in order that the service will be completed quickly. This man has no training in Customer Service and should take action on this. We wanted to ask you several questions and your answers were rude and never clear. Appalling.
