  Parking for customers, two ATMs and a cashier for deposits. 6 boxes for quick attention, 5 platform posts, service assistant at the entrance. System of attention by numbered card, waiting chairs, table for minors with tablet of educational games, space to draw. Armed security at the entrance, do not have lockers to store prohibited items *, management office, second level administrative area. Air-conditioned, comfortable and clean facilities. The attention in boxes is fast, the platform between 5 and 12 minutes of waiting.

  I went to this particular branch on Tuesday 25 September 2018, I open a new account for my girlfriend and myself both on the same account, I was told the cards will be there by Friday, I drove from Javillos to Ciudad Quesada on Friday and to my surprise 1 card was there but not the other one. What kind of service if that? The girl who help me on the 25 was good service, but the Bank not being able to provide me the cards is not acceptable. I request to transfer the other card to an office here in Alajuela, cause I work here and I was told she can´t do that until the card get there and I have to call and request again to be transfer, geez what a hustle. Not happy at all, and I am pretty sure no one will response to my issue, but I want to send it, maybe someone will response something to my comment. Thank you and good day.
