  Narrow building, in the same block of the Metallic Building, which contains an insurance agency called Insurance Dynamics, probably linked to the INS, since it is located 75 meters west of the INS. Before in the same building there was a South painting agency, how fun data on one of its walls (the one facing west) was painted a cartoon of a chicken, it is unknown if it had to do with advertising of any particular brand.
