::This was my worst car rental experience. They had no rep in the airport and closed at 10 pm. Couldnât reach to a rep and had to take a txi and go hotel. Next day I came back in the morning to the airport and again no rep. With help of other rental car reps found a number to call and they said they have no car!!!! I had to rent from another company with higher price. The worst part they charged me for insurance of the car that I didnât get. Donât recommend at all.

::If I could give less than one star I would they completely ripped me off on my vacation would not give me the car for the price that I rented it for and charge me 4 times more then they should have do not trust them the rental insurance they make you buy is a rip off and you do not have to buy it it is a giant lie.

::When we picked up the car the guy working here was awful! He was so rude and aggressive and couldn't articulate in English the additional charges and tried to sell us another type of cover (lying and saying it was obligatory). When I got confused and upset about his behaviour he threatened not to give me the car. Absolutely awful. Will never use this company again. The car was also completely different to what we had requested online and was quite battered up. The boot didn't even close.
